Partial refunds will be offered in case the product arrives with damage which includes cracked/scratched display case or damage to the model, after assessment of the damage. In such cases, the collector may keep the model.
Full refunds will be offered only in the case of a damaged model arriving and the collector not accepting partial refund. Refund will be issued [including return shipping expense] once the model is received by us.
All complaints must be lodged within 24 hours of the model being received from the time shared via the Courier Tracking System.
Will only be accepted if the model condition is in the same condition as it was shipped. Refund will be issued once the model is received. The 24 hour time limit applies here as well.
